Dr. Ali Al-Dabbagh declared that The Iraqi Government deprecates and condemns the terrorist act targeting Turkish border areas carried out by PKK, which creates a serious threat to border areas security and the joint security of Iraq and Turkey.
Al-Dabbagh stressed that the Iraqi Government calls upon the Turkish Government to deal with this criminal act in wisdom and self-restraint. Dealing in such a way will deny enemies of Iraq and Turkey an opportunity they are looking for.
The Iraqi Government expresses its support for the actions taken by the Turkish government within the Turkish territory to ensure its security and stability.
