Dr.Aldabbagh Announces Council of Ministers' Decisions
1.The approval to the request of the Ministry of Oil to transmit the gasoline improvement complex of Najaf refinery to a private company at a sum of (88) million U.S. dollars.
2. The formation of a committee headed by Minister of State for Civil Society and the membership of Ministers of Labor, Justice, Human Rights, Communications and State Ministry for National Security in addition to the board of Consultants , to review the laws of trade unions and professional organizations in the light of the valid Constitution and the laws and the new situation in Iraq to make recommendations to The Council of Ministers to approve them and to be submitted aftermath to the Council of Representatives.
3. The approval to the formation of the counter-terrorism contrivance and to mandate representatives from the security agencies to review the bill in light of remarks made by the Ministers and submit a bill rate to the Council of Ministers. 4. To mandate all ministries to submit their observations and problems with the new salary system, and submit the proposed solutions to the Commission within a week by the attendance 0f the Ministry of Finance, to present its final recommendations to the Council of Ministers.
5. To mandate The Board of Consultants to develop a road map for the development of Sadr City in coordination with the Baghdad governorate and the Amanet of Baghdad.
6.The Approval to pay the amounts allocated to provinces and cities outside the provincial budget as an emergency expenditures through the ministerial committees on Council of Ministers orders, regardless the worked scheme .
7.The approval to demand presented by the Ministry of Oil to buy oil pipes for the strategic pipeline at the Sum of money $ (55) million U.S. dollars
