1. The approval to the agreement draft between Iraq and the United States on the withdrawal of U.S. troops from Iraq and to organize the activities through the interim of the presence and to authorize the Minister of Foreign Affairs the power to sign the agreement.
2. The approval to the bill of the abolition of the Coalition Provisional Authority Order No. 17 of 2004.
3. The approval to transfer five Training hospitals to one of the Turkish companies with hospital capacity of 400 beds each and a Cancer Center for a cost of 150 million dollars for each hospital to be completed in thirty months and to authorize the Minister of Health to contract a consultant..
