1,The approval to allocate from contingency reserve of the year 2011;two billion dinars for city of Samarra to serve Pilgrims  .
 
 2 Approving  recommendation of  the Economic Affairs Committee concerning receiving rice crop planted infringe areas outside the agricultural plan for the 2010 agricultural season, according to the mechanism provided by the Council of Ministers in Resolution No. (415) for the year 2009.
 
 3. The authorization to the Ministry of Education to carry out negotiation regarding the   contract with Egypt Satellites Company  (the owner of the satellite Nilesat).

Agreement  to carry out an  extension to  expand the    contract of the version Machine Readable Passport, which includes the adoption of telecommunications services using fiber  optic  with its related equipment  instead of using (vsat) cited down  in the terms of the contract without charging  the Ministry of Interior additional cost outside the scope of the contract through the recycling funds allocated from the period of 06.05.2010 till 12.31.2010.

The approval to assign the task of supervising and engineering consultancy of  content  works in related  the establishing of Iraqi Armed Forces General Hospital, carried out by a Turkish company, to the Directorate of Public Works at the Ministry of Defense instead of providing consultancy service for the project above, by the Ministry of Construction and Housing.
